How To Play

Step One: Choose four players to sit or stand in front of the class. The rest of the class sit in their seats, put their heads down with eyes closed (no peeking now!) and put their thumbs up.

Step Two: Silently the four players roam around the room and select one person to press down their thumb. They then return to the front of the class.

Step Three: When all four players have returned to the front, ask all the people whose thumbs were pressed down to stand up. In turn, they need to name the person they believe pressed down their thumb. If they are correct, they swap places with that player. If they are incorrect, the player remains at the front and continues to play in the next round.

Step Four: Players retire as Champion Thumber if they successfully play three rounds without being guessed.
