How To Play

Step One: One or two students are chosen to stand in the middle of the game space, they are known as the ‘chasers’. All the other students stand at one end of the game space, they are known as the ‘runners’.

Step Two: The chasers call the runners using the words ‘all over’ then whoever they want to run. For example, ‘all over people wearing the colour green’. When called, those runners must make it to the other side of the game space without being tagged. If tagged, runners become chasers in the middle. Before calling more runners, all chasers must be standing in the middle of the field. Runners must run immediately after being called, if a runner goes out of bounds of the game space they also become a chaser.

Step Three: If the chasers call ‘bull rush’, then all runners must run. HINT: It is best to avoid calls that mean only one runner must run.

Step Four: The last remaining runner or runners become the new chasers for the next game.
